A Proven, Profitable, Direct to Garment Printer
The Flexi-Jet is an extremely versatile and user friendly direct-to-garment digital printer that allows you to print on anything you can place within its 17 inch wide by up to 50 inch long printable area.  Having matured and proven itself in the market for over two and a half years, its credibility in the industry is well established and documented.  Unlike most DTG printers, the Flexi-Jet is powered by a reliable large format commercial printer trusted by professional photographers and artists for its super high resolution images and large print area.

Two models for your unique production needs
The Standard, or “S,” Model is great for individual and small runs with a 17” x 20” printable area, and our Extended L-Model, with its 17” x 50” print area and four shirt run capacity, can accommodate larger production scale runs.  With ink costs of less than thirty cents printing a 12” x 12” image on a standard light colored shirt, and with a printing time of less than a minute on the same garment, you can produce 20-30 profitable shirts per hour with our S-model, and 40-50 shirts per hour with the L model. With its ease of use and high return on investment, the Flexi-Jet appeals to established printing industry professionals and start-up business people alike.

User Friendly
The Flexi-Jet is refreshingly simple.  Simply load a garment on the provided 15” x 20” locking platen then send your custom image from any industry-standard graphics program to the “Power RIP Flexi-Jet” software and watch it fly!  Once the image is sent to the RIP program, use the built-in “Production Run” option.  This allows the machine to continuously print the same images with the push of a button.  You won’t need to touch the computer again until your next job.
After your garment is printed, a quick minute in a heat press or tunnel dryer set at 350 degrees will permanently cure the ink on a light garment using the CMYK inks. Two minutes curing time in a heat press when using the white ink option.

Fast, No Hassle, Production
Unlike other machines on the market, the Flexi-Jet printer moves over the item being printed using a hearty stainless steel drive screw instead of moving the item under the print-head, which may cause feed issues when printing on different substrates.  This screw drive keeps the repeatability of the unit within three ten-thousandths of an inch eliminating any guess work.  Another advantage of its moving head technology is that the operator is able to take advantage of a continuous work flow by loading a new item while the machine is already working on the next, reducing downtime and increasing your productivity.

Portable
The Flexi-Jet was also designed to be easily portable.  The machine is light enough for transportation and simple enough to be broken down and reassembled in no time.  Numerous Flexi-Jet owners specifically designed their business models’ around the machines mobility - printing shirts at events, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, reunions, etc.

Maintenance and Service
